Casual Activity Facilitator

Employment Mode: Casual
Expected Salary: $40 per hour

The Coffs Coast Adventure Centre is a division of the Coffs Harbour Christian Community School and is the home of adventure on the Coffs Coast with extreme activities such as High Ropes activities, a Commando Course and other activities such as Z-Ball, Archery and Canoeing. The Adventure Centre has a variety of business activities and caters for varied clientele including school camps, sporting groups, tourists and the general public. At this time the Adventure Centre is actively seeking casual Activities Facilitators to help with the increased demands of the business.

You should possess, and be able to demonstrate, the following:

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills;
  • Strong oral communication and presentation skills;
  • A strong culture of customer service and public relations;
  • Experience with risk management; and
  • The ability to show initiative and take responsibility.

It is essential that all applicants should be prepared to work weekends, morning and afternoon shifts as required.

Casual Chef required for immediate start.

The Coffs Coast Adventure Centre is the home of adventure on the Coffs Coast with extreme activities such as a High Ropes Course and Commando Course and other activities such as Z-Ball, Archery and Canoeing. The Adventure Centre has a variety of business activities and caters for varied clientele including school camps, church camps and sporting groups. At this time the Adventure Centre is actively seeking an experienced Chef to help with the increased demands of the business.

To qualify for this position you will possess qualifications as a Chef and you will be able to demonstrate, the following:

  • Experience in cooking for large groups (e.g. 100);
  • Experience in dealing with Health & Safety regulations;
  • Ability to work varied hours & days;
  • Ability to follow set Menus & Procedures; and
  • Willingness to work under instructions of the Catering Manager / Head Chef.

It is essential that all applicants should be prepared to work weekends, morning and afternoon shifts as required.
